Triple A Paintball Park (“Triple A,” “we,” or “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message.
- Group request form: your name, phone number, email address, occasion, number of players, preferred dates and start time, how many players need rentals, and any notes you add.
- Online waiver: the participant’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, mailing address, and signature. For players under 18, we also collect a parent or guardian’s name, emergency phone number, and signature.
If you call, email, or message us on social media, we receive whatever information you share with us there.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web host automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. This information is used to keep the site secure and running smoothly.
Our site uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work properly. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If we add a tool such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy.

Our site also links to our Facebook page and Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
How long we keep information
We keep messages and group requests for as long as we need them to respond and plan your event. We keep signed waivers for as long as needed for legal and insurance purposes.
How we protect your information
Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information you submit is limited to the people who run the park. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should complete the waiver and any forms for a minor. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We may need to keep some records, such as signed waivers, to meet our legal and insurance obligations. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
